Throughout the year various activities are going on under the able leadership of Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage. Some of the activities are mentioned below.
To encourage the learning and conducting researches on Veda, Vedanta, Puran, Upanishad, Kavya, Vyakaran, Smriti, Jyotish, Tantra, Bible, Koran Indian Art and Culture, different oriental languages, languages carrying oriental thoughts and ideas and researches, Computer and Internet, Tourism Management and the allied subjects in the most befitting manner in consonance with the present day perspectives.
To establish, promote, set up, run, manage, assist, finance, support and/or aid to or help in setting up and/or maintaining and/or running institutions for imparting practical education to the physically handicappeds and mentally retardeds, colleges for music and development, Management and Social Science schools, Touring Training centres, Training centre for Arts and crafts, Nursing Training School, general Primary school, Institutions for Rural Development, Sports training, Yoga Training, Jyotish Tantra, Dharma, Ayurveda, Medical sciences, Engineering science, Meditation centres.
To give, provide and/or render help and assistance in cash or kind to the deserving students, to publish valuable research papers in the best interest of mankind and those who are engaged in development and learning of any of the above–mentioned subjects.
To publish and/or organise publication of books, pamphlets, periodicals, daily newspapers, weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, by-monthly, quarterly and annual number of magazines and journals in different languages covering any of the above-mentioned subjects and other allied subjects.
To boost up people’s awareness about usefulness and relevance of Veda, Vedanta, Puran, Upanishad, Kavya, Vyakaran, Smriti, Jyotish, Tantra, Mantra, Yantra, Indian Art and Culture, Oriental languages, Heritage subjects, Classical Music, Dance, Ayurveda, Dharma Sastra, Darshan, Nyay, Karmakanda, study of different religions through holding symposiums, seminars, conference, meet-the-press at different places of India and the globe.
To arrange study tours for the students of the society and/or society managed institution (s), school (s), institution (s) to be established by aforesaid registered societies in various parts of India and abroad to extend their frontier of knowledge and wisdom.
To establish, promote, set up, run, manage, assist, finance, support and/or maintian planetorium for extending the frontier of knowledge of students of the society or institutions to be established by the society.
To organise philanthropic services to the deserving people during natural calamities such as flood, draught, famine, earthquakes etc. and to secure financial help and asistance from the benevolent people, state and central governments and national and international societies, Endowments etc.
To take up constructive activities in all walks of life and engage in the developmental process on culture, moral and spiritual upliftment and national integration.
To set up charitable dispensaries, medical/health clinics, hospitals, schools, library for general public and for the backward classes and scheduled castes and scheduled tribes.
To provide charitable services in the areas of food, education, vocational training, and health care to all who are in need. The Society is dedicated to the task of bringing food to the hungry, medicine to the sick, education to the illiterate, shelter to the homeless and peace to the troubled.
To provide free educational services to children, women, adults and all those who deserve the same.
To provide free diagnosis, medication and treatment for a wide range of people suffering from various ailments.
To extend help/assistance in the form of monthly stipend, land, building to the old and ailing Scholars as the Executive Committee of the Institute may deem appropriate and for that a ‘Welfare Fund’ will be built up.
To spread the spiritual and cultural heritage of India based on the principles of equality, humanity and spirituality. For this, there are daily Satsang and Cultural Programmes as well as frequent Katha/Pravachan and other Spiritual/Cultural Programmes.
To provide disaster relief to victims of, natural catastrophies, including earthquakes, draughts, floods, famine etc.
To provide pilgrims with a place for silence, meditation, sadhana, spiritual study and seva.
To spread inter–faith and inter–ethnic harmony.
To set up spiritual missions with a view to upgrading the spiritual standard of the people offering humanitarian services to the deserving people particularly in areas of education and health.
To provide technical education to the rural masses, to augment food production, growing more crops in a land and establish agro-based industries.

1) Flood relief, 2) Education of the poor people, 3) Eradication of illiteracy, 4) Self-employment scheme for the downtrodden people, 5), Free medical camp, 6) Meditation, 7) Sports and culture, 8) To perform puja, jajna etc., 9) Distribution of dress material to the needy people, 10) Computer education, 11) School, College, University education, 12) Free library reading room, 13) To help the physically and mentally handicapped people, 14) Supply filtered potable water, 15) Blood donation camp, 16) Free educational tour, 17) To donate text books to poor students, 18) Construction of smokeless oven with minimum cost, 19) To construct sanitary toilets, 20) Plantation of trees to resist environment pollution, 21) Rearing of cattle, 22) Construction of ‘Gobar Gas’ plant etc.
Members of different categories as stated above will be provided with Membership Identity card of different projection according to class of membership. the members will be allowed to write special status points after their name such as for Golden Members GM/IIOH (Kol) for Donor Member DM/IIOH (Kol), Life Member LM/IIOH (Kol) Fellow Member FM/IIOH (Kol) for Silver Members SM/IIOH.
